Preparing for a meeting at our Swansea office
Please contact us before travelling so we can agree a time and have the right people available. Our office is at 14 Kings Lane Business Court, Swansea, SA1 3QD.
What the project is
Tell us whether this is a new studio, a refurbishment or a single live event, and roughly when you need plans or documents delivered.
Drawings and existing documents
If you have floor plans, equipment lists or signal diagrams, send them ahead so we can read them before we meet and use the time well.
Who should attend
Let us know which technical and production colleagues will join, so we can bring the relevant designer or engineer to the conversation.
